1. About Us

We operate an online directory platform that connects customers with independent domestic service providers, including but not limited to cleaning, gardening, and trades services.

2. Our Service

We provide a platform that allows users to search for and contact third-party service providers. We do not provide any of the services listed on our platform and are not a party to any agreement between you and any service provider.

3. Third-Party Providers

All service providers listed on our platform are independent businesses.

Any communication, agreement, or transaction you enter into is solely between you and the service provider.

We are not responsible for:

·       The services provided

·       Pricing, advice, or quotations

·       Conduct, errors, or omissions

·       Users are responsible for carrying out their own checks before engaging a provider.

We do not guarantee:

·       The availability, quality, or suitability of any service provider

·       That you will receive responses, quotes, or services

·       Any specific outcomes from using our platform

4. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree:

·       To provide accurate and truthful information

·       Not to misuse the platform (including spam or fraudulent enquiries)

·       Not to use the platform for unlawful purposes

5. Business Listings

We do not guarantee that:

·       Listings are accurate, complete, or up to date

·       Providers are qualified, licensed, or insured

·       We reserve the right to remove or amend listings at our discretion.

6. Fees and Payment

Where applicable, businesses are charged a subscription fee of £30 per month.

The first month is free where a minimum three (3) month commitment is agreed. By accepting this offer, the business agrees to pay for the following two months.

Where the free first month offer is applied, you are entering into a minimum contractual term of three (3) months. Cancellation during this period will not relieve you of the obligation to pay for the remaining months within the minimum term.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis after the initial term unless cancelled.

Payments are taken in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of listings.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled after the initial minimum term. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Communication with Businesses

By registering or listing your business on our platform, you agree that we may contact you in relation to your account and our services.

This may include:

·       Service updates and important account information

·       Billing and payment reminders

·       Enquiries or leads from potential customers

·       Information about new features, improvements, or relevant services

·       We may contact you via email, phone, or other contact details you provide.

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

·       Any loss of income, business, or profits

·       Any indirect or consequential losses

·       Any issues arising from services provided by third parties

·       Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the previous 12 months.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

·       Your use of the platform

·       Your breach of these terms

·       Any disputes between you and a third-party provider

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, branding, and design, is owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you agree to such processing.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform if:

·       These terms are breached

·       Payments are not made

·       Activity is deemed harmful, misleading, or unlawful

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
